Frequently Asked Questions
The CROTCH Bridge is a cross-chain crypto bridge that lets you transfer tokens between different blockchains, like Ethereum, Cronos, BNB Chain, and more. It locks your tokens on the source chain and releases the equivalent amount on the destination chain securely.
Connect your wallet (MetaMask or another supported wallet), choose Ethereum as the 'from' network, Cronos as the 'to' network, select the token (e.g. USDC), enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.
CROTCH Bridge currently supports Ethereum, Cronos, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, and Solana, with more networks coming soon.
Yes. Select Ethereum as the source network, BSC as the destination, and choose a supported token like USDT or USDC.
Most transactions complete within 2–10 minutes depending on network congestion and confirmation times.
Fees vary by network but are typically much lower than centralized exchange withdrawal fees. You’ll pay a small gas fee plus a minimal bridge fee.
Yes. The bridge uses audited smart contracts, and transactions are transparent on-chain. You remain in control of your wallet at all times.
Yes. Every bridge transaction rewards you with cashback in $CROTCH tokens directly to your wallet. Just make sure you have added the CROTCH contract address to your wallet to see the tokens. The contract address is available at www.crotch.io
Rewards are based on the transaction amount and token type. Larger transfers earn proportionally more CROTCH rewards.
Rewards are distributed instantly after your bridge transaction confirms. Just make sure you have added the CROTCH token contract address to your wallet, available at www.crotch.io
No, anyone using the bridge earns rewards. But holding CROTCH may qualify you for additional incentives in the future.
Yes. Bigger bridge transactions earn higher CROTCH rewards, making large transfers more rewarding.
You can bridge stablecoins (USDC, USDT, DAI), ETH, CRO, BNB, and popular memecoins like SHIB, PEPE, and many more. All available tokens and networks are available in the selection dropdown.
Yes. Stablecoins like USDC and USDT are fully supported across multiple chains.
Yes. These fast-growing ecosystems are supported for seamless bridging.
We plan to integrate Blast, zkSync, Linea, Mantle, and other emerging chains.
Yes, as long as the token is supported on both source and destination chains.
Ethereum may require up to 6 wallet confirmations, while faster chains like BSC or Cronos may only need 1–3 confirmations.
Pending transactions may be due to low gas fees, high network congestion, or waiting for block confirmations. Always check if you have confirmed the transactions in your wallet as this will delay your transfer.
You can track it in real time inside the CROTCH Bridge dashboard, or check the transaction hash on a block explorer. Once complete, you’ll get a transaction (TX) link on the explorer. You can also click Transaction History at the top of the Bridge dashboard.
Yes. If you haven’t added the destination chain, you’ll need to import the network details into your wallet.
If gas fees spike, your transaction may be delayed until sufficient gas is paid. Adjust gas settings in your wallet if needed. This is out of our control.
This usually happens during network congestion. Check block explorers to confirm status.
Don’t worry, your tokens are almost never 'lost.' Step 1: Check tx hash, wallet address, add network + token contract. Step 2: Common fixes include: completing 'Approve + Bridge,' switching to the right network, adding missing token contracts, having gas tokens, clicking 'Claim,' waiting for congestion to clear, checking wrapped tokens, avoiding exchange wallets, and respecting L2 withdrawal delays. Step 3: If still stuck: check Transaction History, switch wallet network, add correct token contract, click 'Claim,' add gas tokens, wait for L2 delays, or contact exchange support.
You may need to manually import the CROTCH token contract into your wallet.
Yes. Add the token contract address on the network you bridged to.
Common reasons include insufficient gas fees, unsupported tokens, or entering the wrong destination address.
If pending, you can speed up or cancel via your wallet. For failed transactions, simply retry with adjusted gas.
CROTCH Bridge works with MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Onchain, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect and 100s of other defi wallets including hardware wallets.
Yes. Simply connect via MetaMask or WalletConnect to bridge securely.
Use CROTCH Bridge for fast, low-fee transfers of USDC between Ethereum and Cronos.
CROTCH Bridge offers low fees compared to exchanges, making it the cheapest option.
Select Ethereum → Solana on CROTCH Bridge, connect your wallet, and confirm.
Yes, if the exchange wallet supports deposits on the destination chain. Always double-check addresses.
Because CROTCH Bridge not only offers speed and low fees but also pays you back with CROTCH token rewards.
CROTCH Token is officially deployed across seven blockchain networks, ensuring seamless cross-chain accessibility and liquidity. To claim your CROTCH rewards from bridge transactions, simply choose the contract address from the source networks below and add the contract address that you bridged “FROM” to your wallet to view your CROTCH rewards.
